RV tips: Save on attractions, using RV park showers

Here are a couple of tips I saw in Budget Travel in the Reader tips column that will work for RV travelers.

1. Are you a kid at heart or traveling with kids or grandkids? If you are a Costco member, use Costco's Web  site to find discount tickets to theme parks. There are more discounts there than in the local stores. Allow time receive your tickets by mail. (Note: I had to search for theme park discounts to find the discounts.)
2. RV park showers: In some RV park showers there are not enough hooks for clothes, towel and toiletries. Bring a quick-release suction cup with a hook and stick in on the door or wall. Hang your toiletry bag or clothes from it. Harborfreight.com has one for $2 that holds up to 15 pounds.
