The line was new and this was number 16 to be built ...piece of junk and lemon 3 years later

Good reason not to take another chance on that manufacturer's RVs, Debey.

While I like the layout and quality of the RV we currently have (Born Free), the new RVs have gone up substantially in price. So very unlikely to purchase a "new" RV but keeping an eye out for a newer used one.

Those are nice units. Good luck in finding a gently used model!

Jayco Heritage insulated for hot climates but no underfloor insulation for cold climates. Needed to install blown air gas- electric heating. Though it had 180 Ltrs of fresh water it really needed an onboard grey water tank instead of a tote tank. I had to insulate all the water pipes to stop them freezing. The hot water system adds cold water after it leaves the hot water cylinder to bring to a safe temperature ....wasteful. At 2500Kg always needed a grunty tow wagon.

If you're full-timers, this rig wouldn't work all that well.
